Instructions
  1. Combine lentils, oats, chia and mik in a pot on medium heat, cooking for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. The last minute or so, add raisins, agave, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
  3. Garnish with blueberries, goji berries, slivered almonds, pecans or whatever floats your boat! I add a dollop of PB or almond butter to mine.
  4. ENJOY!
Recipe Notes

P.S. This cooks up great in the Instant Pot. Add first 4 ingredients and cook on manual for 3 minutes (sealed). Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients.
