Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red lentils
- 1/4 cup steel coat oats
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3 1/3 cups almond milk or any other plant protein milk
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 tbs agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Combine lentils, oats, chia and mik in a pot on medium heat, cooking for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
- The last minute or so, add raisins, agave, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
- Garnish with blueberries, goji berries, slivered almonds, pecans or whatever floats your boat! I add a dollop of PB or almond butter to mine.

Recipe Notes
P.S. This cooks up great in the Instant Pot. Add first 4 ingredients and cook on manual for 3 minutes (sealed). Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients.
