Lauren Moorwood, LMT
Lauren is a graduate from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Ohio. Her unique style integrates training in several western and eastern modalities. She has a touch that is grounding, fluid and deeply restorative.
She believes we all have the innate capability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind and heal. Lauren is passionate about helping others and the positive effects massage therapy has on the body.
She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and offers energy work and balancing as well. Combining massage and Reiki creates the ultimate experience for harmony within mind, body, spirit. She hopes to continue to educate her clients on the benefits of massage therapy and help make massage therapy a valuable part of her client’s wellness plan. She lives in the Landen area with her husband, two kiddos and a herd of cats and pups.

Integrative Wellness Massage: Enjoy the benefits of various massage modalities in a custom experience created just for you. Utilizing therapeutic relaxation massage techniques, your session is designed to help with stress reduction/pain relief, elimination of muscle tension and mind/body healing. This holistic approach ensures you feel the results you’re looking for, from complete calm and tranquility to management of chronic pain. Herb infused hot towels are included in all sessions. All enhancements (client’s choice of two) are included in the price as well as sales tax.

Reiki/Energy Balancing: Universal Life Force energy is directed through a series of hand placements lightly touching the body. Energy is channeled through each of the chakras, inviting a return to equilibrium, facilitating your own natural healing power, and promoting balanced energy flow. Crystals may be placed on or around the body to enhance healing energy. Energy work may relieve anxiety, pain, and fatigue, promoting a sense of overall wellness. Sessions are deeply meditative and restoring.

Reiki Infused Wellness Massage: Combine a soothing Integrative Wellness Massage with blissful/balancing Reiki for an overall deeper/ healing/restorative session.
